Alessandro Bianchi (Włochy) – organy

ALESSANDRO BIANCHI was born in Como and studied in Piacenza Conservatoire where was awarded in Organ and Organ Composition diplomas with Luigi Toja. He also attended the Masterclasses of Nicholas Danby and Arturo Sacchetti. He is Artistic Director of the Musical Association “Amici dell’Organo di Cantù” and organist of the St. Edward’s the Confessor Anglican Church in Lugano. Organ Concert tours have seen him to play more that 2400 recitals, always as a soloist, in many Internationals Organ Festivals in Alands, Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Baleares, Belgium, Brasil, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Latvia, Lettland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Tenerife, Thailand, Uruguay, USA, Vatican, Wales. He has given Masterclasses and lectures on the Italian Music in Czech Republic, England, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, Singapore and USA, and he has undertaken several CD and Radio-TV broadcasts and recordings in Europe, Brasil and USA. He was juror in several organ competitions and many composers have dedicated to him new organ works. In 2014, the City of Cantù has awarded him with the title of “Honorable Citizen” for his work in Art and Culture.

PATRYK DOPKE – organist, church musician of the young generation. He began his musical education at the music school or Fryderyk Chopin in his hometown Wejherowo. He studied at Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk in the field of church music. He studied organ playing with Prof. Bogusław Grabowski in the field of liturgical playing and improvisation and with Prof. Andrzej Szadejko in the performance of organ literature. In addition, he participated in interpretation courses conducted by Lorenzo Ghielmi, Harald Vogel and Pamela Ruiter-Feenstra. Patryk Dopke is passionate about Gregorian chant. He is interested in using chorale in the field of later musical tradition, and its later form – the Protestant chant. Patrick is the second organist at St. Mary’s Basilica in Gdańsk since 2016.
