AGNIESZKA TARNAWSKA
A graduate of the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, organ class of Prof. Sławomir Kamiński and harpsichord class of Prof. Maria Banaszkiewicz-Bryła, doctor of musical arts, lecturer at the Poznań Academy of Music. She also completed Master of Music studies in Lübeck, organ class of Arvid Gast, and then solo studies Konzertexamen under the supervision of Wolfgang Zerer in Hamburg. Laureate of numerous organ competitions: 4th International Feliks Nowowiejski Organ Competition in Poznań, 18th International Leoš Janáček Organ Competition in Brno, 8th International Organ Competition in Korschenbroich. In May 2017, she won 1st prize at the 15th International César Franck Organ Competition in Haarlem. A two-time scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, as well as the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). In 2023, her debut album of organ works by César Franck was released, recorded on the historical organ of Aristide Cavaillé-Coll in Lyon.
JAROSŁAW TARNAWSKI
A graduate of the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań in the organ class of Prof. Elżbieta Karolak. In 2005–2007 he completed postgraduate studies at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice in the Organ Class of Prof. Julian Gembalski. In 2012 he also completed studies at the Musikhochschule Lübeck in the class of Prof. Arvid Gast, and in 2016 soloist studies (Konzertexamen) at the Hochschule für Musik in Detmold under the supervision of Prof. Martin Sander. He is an assistant professor at the Academy of Music in Poznań, at the same time serving as the Head of the Organ Department. He is a laureate of numerous organ competitions: in Poznań, Brno, Heidelberg, “Schramberger Eberhard Friedrich Walcker Preis” in Schramberg. He was a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture
